Best Burger, Bacon and Brioche for National Burger Month

May is National Burger Month, and to celebrate this year, DeBragga, New York’s Butcher®, is creating four fabulous Complete Burger Kits to highlight the best burger blends available. Each week of May, beginning Monday, May 4, DeBragga will feature a different burger blend made into 6oz patties and packed one dozen patties to a kit.

Kits include:
12 six ounce patties of the BEST in DeBragga burgers
12 slices of specialty cheese from Murray’s Cheese selected to match the blend
one 12oz package of Surry Farms Smoked Bacon made from Berkshire hogs
12 brioche burger buns from Brick City Baking

The burger kit price is $75, not including shipping. One kit will be available each week of May starting the May 4. DeBragga ships anywhere in the continental U.S. overnight (Alaska & Hawaii require two days).

Each week, DeBragga will focus on a different variety of burger:
• May 4-10 will feature the Naturally Raised Naturally Angus Beef Hamburgers, from cattle raised without hormones, antibiotics or by-products and ground without fillers or binders. This is THE burger at Craft and Colicchio and Sons in New York.
• May 11-17, DeBragga offers their American Wagyu Beef burgers, a pattie that provides the most unctuous burger around, with 30% fat for those who want their burger experience to be rich with flavor. The Tao Restaurant Group loves this burger.
• May 18-24, DeBragga will offer Grass Fed Beef patties, ranked #1 for flavor by Tasting Table (national edition, May 13, 2014). These cattle are naturally raised in Upstate New York on the richest grasses in the country. Cookshop in New York loves serving these burgers.
• Finally, May 25-31, DeBragga’s burger kit will include the Dry Aged Burger blend, carefully selected dry aged beef from the best available. The flavor is rich and slightly nutty thanks to beef that’s been dry aged for at least 28 days. These burgers are featured at New York City’s Harlem Jazz in uptown Manhattan.

These burger kits are specialty items that will be available only during National Burger Month, the month of May 2015. Each kit is specially priced, and each order received will be specially packed and shipped overnight for delivery on the next business day (orders received on Thursday through Sunday will be packed Monday for Tuesday delivery, unless otherwise specified).
