“A GIRL AND HER GREENS” – A MOTHER’S DAY SUNDAY SUPPER WITH APRIL BLOOMFIELD AT LUCQUES ON 5/10

Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne Welcome April Bloomfield for a Special Sunday Supper Inspired by her Second Cookbook

On Sunday, May 10, Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne present a four course menu showcasing seasonal vegetables that begins with a first course of Roasted Carrots with Carrot-Top Pesto, Wild Arugula and Burrata. The dinner progresses with a dish of Morels and Madeira Cream on Toast with Asparagus and Sugar Snap Peas followed by Swiss Chard Cannelloni with Parmesan, Basil and Maldon Sea Salt. April’s Sweet Corn Ice Cream with Butterscotch and Caramel Popcorn is served for dessert.

Pricing for the dinner is $65 per guest for the menu only. Books are sold separately at $34.99 each. Lucques will offer optional signature cocktails by Christiaan Röllich and wine pairings from specialty producers selected by Caroline Styne.

Chef April Bloomfield will be present throughout the evening to meet guests and sign books. The book will be available for purchase at LUCQUES during the evening. This is a ticketed event and reservations may be made through RESY at http://lucques.com/event.html.
