Chef Jason Paluska’s Tasting Menu of New Dishes
Sets the Table for Romance

The Lark’s Complete Seasonal Menu will be Offered as Option

Chef Jason Paluska and the team at The Lark present Valentine’s Day dining with an extraordinary four course tasting dinner in addition to the à la carte menu. After an amuse bouche of Warm Jalapeno & Aged Cheddar Gougères with Pork Belly Marmalade, guests will dine on Diver Scallop & Sea Urchin Crudo with Granny Smith Apple Relish and Pickled Fresno Chile followed by a salad of Charred Little Gems with Creamy Manchego Vinaigrette, Spanish Chorizo, Roasted Almonds and Blood Orange. Next is The Lark’s House-Made Agnolotti with Sheep’s Milk Feta, Grilled Lamb Belly, Black Trumpet Mushrooms, Kumquat and Nicoise Olive. For dessert, Pastry Chef Nick Flores will serve Mignardises of Ancho Chile Mezcal Chocolate, Bourbon Cashew Brittle, Fernet Marshmallows and Campari Gum Drops. Pricing for the tasting menu is $110 per couple; food only and is ordered for the entire table only.

The Lark will also offer the complete market menu that The Lark has made popular with signature dishes of Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Medjool Dates; Crispy Smoked Pork Belly with Blackberry and Almond Brittle; and Herb Roasted Scallops with Ruby Grapefruit; and Bone-Marrow Crusted Beef Cheeks. Pricing is à la carte and ranges from $10 to $48 for the menu of small plates and large platters designed for sharing.
