Chef Luca Crestanelli Creates an Exquisite Menu for Couples to Share
for a Starry-Eyed Evening of Courtship

Enjoy Mixologist Alberto Battaglini’s “Valentine’s Kiss”
and Sommelier Emily Johnston’s Wine Suggestions

S.Y. Kitchen presents a San Valentino Dinner on Saturday, February 14, 2015. Chef Luca and his culinary team will prepare an exquisite menu for couples to savor. Beginning with a first course for two of a Branzino Carpaccio with Osetra Caviar and Dill Crème Fraiche, guests will share Sous Chef Francesco’s House-Made Ravioli with Porcini and Black Truffles. The main course is a choice of a tender Filet Mignon with Foie Gras, Pineapple and Port Reduction or a Maine Lobster Catalana, to be selected by each guest. Chef Francesco will prepare a Chocolate Trilogy for the table completing a perfect Valentine’s Day evening in the Valley. Pricing is $80 per guest.

Mixologist Alberto Battaglini has crafted his special Valentine’s Kiss cocktail – a stunning presentation of Rose Infused Gin with Lime, Lemon, Rose Liquor and Lavender. Wine lovers will enjoy Sommelier Emily Johnston suggested half bottle of Billecarte Salmon Brut Champagne or other recommendations to accompany the dinner. Depend on S.Y. Kitchen’s highly trained staff to offer other suggestions from their list of Santa Barbara County or imported wines.

Cuddle together in the Cocktail Courtyard at night or by the outdoor firepit before or after dinner with an Aperitivo or Digestivo for a little extra flirting.

As an option, S.Y. Kitchen will offer their complete à la carte menu on Valentine’s Day for those that prefer the restaurant’s signature dishes. S.Y. Kitchen will also be serving their Market Specials for lunch on February 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for couples that want to get an early start of Valentine’s Day.
